PwC's UK and International payroll business is experiencing strong double digit growth thanks to the introduction of Real Time Information and Auto-Enrolment, in recent years, as well as increasing awareness of the costs and risks of complying with ever evolving tax and social security legislation in the UK and beyond. What you'll gain
You'll learn and develop the specialist skills our payroll clients look for and value most. This includes studying towards a payroll professional qualification. After gaining one year’s work experience, you'll study with The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) on a 3 year pathway Foundation Degree in Payroll Management.
After you've qualified, you'll have the option to look for new challenges, perhaps in others areas of the firm to deepen your knowledge, or you could choose to stay put - whichever suits you best. It's your choice.

The Assessment Centre will take place on Tue 6th February in the PwC Belfast Office.
What you need to get in
- You'll need to have or be on course for 96 UCAS tariff* (or equivalent)
- You'll need to have a Grade C or above in GCSE English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)
Please note that if you have a degree, you may find our graduate opportunities more appropriate. Having a degree does not lead to faster progression through this programme.
